TPCODL Dedicates Modern Customer Care Centre to people of Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, swa news : TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, has inaugurated its BCDD1 (Bhubaneswar City Distribution Division -1) Model Customer Care Centre near Power House Colony, Bhubaneswar. The upgraded facility aims to provide a one-stop solution for over four lakh consumers across Bhubaneswar, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of service requests, billing queries and grievance redressal.

The centre has been designed as a benchmark model for customer experience, integrating modern amenities and technology-driven services. It features digital kiosks, self-service options, a dedicated queue management system, real-time feedback mechanisms and expanded operational capacity. A conference room has also been added to facilitate faster issue resolution, while ample parking ensures convenience for visitors.

The centre will serve as a hub for customer engagement and awareness, promoting digital payments, smart metering and self-service platforms, reflecting TPCODL’s vision of delivering reliable, transparent and customer-centric power distribution services.
