Darlipali,swa news : As part of Rajbhasha Hindi Pakhwada, a grand Akhil Bharatiya Hasya Kavi Sammelan was organized jointly by NTPC Darlipali and Dulanga Coal Mines at the Konark Auditorium, Shubhrajyoti Nagar. The event began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and the rendition of the NTPC theme song.
Renowned poets from across the country captivated the audience with their witty, satirical, and heartwarming verses. Internationally acclaimed poet Dr. Arun Jaimini fromDelhi, known for his sharp satire and natural presentation style, entertained the audience with his signature Haryanvi humor. Dinesh Bawra (Mumbai), celebrated for his effortless humor and fluent poetic delivery, won hearts with his engaging performances. He has also showcased his talent on reputed platforms like The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.
Shambhu Shikhar (Madhubani, Bihar), a popular humorist, novelist, and satirist, energized the atmosphere with his lively expressions and excellent stage presence. He gained fame through The Great Indian Laughter Challenge – Season 3. Poetess Mumtaz Naseem enchanted the audience with her graceful and romantic shayari, ghazals, and nazms.
The event was skillfully conducted by Jain Virendra Vidrohi, who recited socially relevant poems, especially those dedicated to “daughters.”
The Chief Guests for the occasion were Shri. Faiz Tayyab, Headof Project (NTPC Darlipali), and Shri Brijraj Prasun, Head of Project (Dulanga Coal Mines). The vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs. Pratibha Singh, Head (Human Resources), NTPC Darlipali.
A large gathering of NTPC officials, employees, and their families attended the event and enjoyed an evening filled with humor, satire, and poetic charm that continued late into the night.
