He grew up facing mobility challenges that deeply restricted his daily life and livelihood options. At just 22, his determination to support his family pushed him to work in a small betel shop near his home. But with limited income opportunities and restricted movement, Sagar’s aspirations remained confined to the boundaries of his village.Everything changed when the Adani Foundation, Dhamra Port Unit, stepped in to support Sagar under its inclusiveness and livelihood enhancement initiative. He was provided with a NeoMotion motorized tricycle, designed to empower people with disabilities through improved mobility, comfort, and accessibility.

Skilled in small electrical and mechanical repair work, he started offering doorstep electrical services to households across nearby villages. The NeoMotion tricycle allowed him to travel longer distances comfortably, something that was impossible earlier with his manual paddle cycle. Today, Sagar travels to Chandabali and Matto to purchase electrical supplies and tools, enabling him to complete repair jobs efficiently and reliably. His dedication and improved mobility have helped him build strong customer trust in his service.

More importantly, this income brings him dignity, financial independence, and renewed confidence in his abilities.Sagar proudly shares that for the first time in his life, he can travel longer distances without exhaustion or struggle. His NeoMotion tricycle has become more than a vehicle. According to him “It’s a symbol of freedom, opportunity, and hope.”
