1900 KISS Students to Appear for XII Board Examination

Bhubaneswar, swa news : The Annual 12th Board Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha (CHSE), is scheduled to commence from the 18th of this month. This year, a record 1,900 students from Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) will appear for the examination. Of the total candidates, 1000 are girls, and 900 are boys.

All students will appear for the examination at two designated centres: the Arts stream centre is located at Prananath Autonomous College in Khurda, while the Science and Commerce stream centre is situated at Rajdhani College in Bhubaneswar.

As has been the practice every year, the Founder of KIIT and KISS Dr Achyuta Samanta, today distributed pens to all the matric examinees and offered guidance on how to appear for the examination in a stress-free manner. On the occasion, he conveyed his best wishes to the students and wished them success.

Dr. Samanta said that due to the hard work and dedication of the students, along with the timely guidance of teachers, a large number of students are expected to secure first division this year.

Since its establishment, KISS has consistently achieved a 100 percent success rate in the 12th board examinations every year. To facilitate the smooth transportation of students to and from the examination centres, KISS has arranged more than 80 buses.
