NTPC Darlipali Highlights Need for Collaborative CSR Strategy

swa news : NTPC Darlipali underscored the importance of a coordinated and community-centric CSR framework during the CSR Conclave organised by leading media house Prameya& News7 on 29 November 2025 at Hotel Mayfair, Jharsuguda. The event brought together key industry representatives and corporate houses from Jharsuguda and Sundargarhdistricts, and was chaired by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jharsuguda, along with senior members of the media fraternity.

Participating as a panelist, Sri Faiz Taiyab, Head of Project, NTPC Darlipali, shared insights on strengthening CSR impact in project-affected regions. He emphasised that meaningful outcomes can be achieved through thorough need assessment, active participation of local self-governed institutions in project identification, and robust facilitation by the district administration.

Highlighting NTPC’s multi-sectoral community development initiatives, he reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to inclusive growth as a responsible public sector enterprise. He added that NTPC Darlipali is keen to collaborate closely with the district administration to roll out new CSR interventions aimed at improving the socio-economic landscape of the region.
