SBI CELEBRATED WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

SBI Bhubaneswar Circle has organised on the occasion of World Environment Day. A walkathon was organized at the Local Head Office at 6 o’clock this morning under the leadership of Mr. Dinesh Pruthi, Chief General Manager, SBI Bhubaneswar Circle. More than 200 employees and officers participated in this awareness walkathon. A sand art on the theme ‘Land restoration, desertification and drought resilience’ was inaugurated by Shri Pruthi . A drawing competition was organized among children based on the topic of environmental protection. Apart from this, a medicinal garden and a Plastic Bottle Shredder machine were also installed. During this occasion, Shri Pruthi advised the fellow staff members and other senior officials to adopt various measures adopted by the Government of India for environmental protection.
