Paradip – In view of the elections, the state BJD deputy chief leader and five former secretaries on Thursday visited the various constituencies of Jagatsinghpur district and called upon the workers to ensure the victory of the BJD MP and MLA candidates in the assemblies. In a meeting held at Maliya, VK Pandian encouraged the thousands of workers present and called on the MP candidates Dr. Rajshri Mallik and Vidayaika candidate Gitanjali Rautharai to win with huge votes in this election. Biswal, District BJD Vice President Jytkant Parida (Bapu) and MLA’s Paradip Representative Rashmiranjan Parida, BJD Leader Kumarbar Naik, Youth Leader Aloy Mahapatra, Rajesh Bhuyan Major played an active role while thousands of supporters and party workers of Mr. Biswal were present in the event. Pandian addressed the people and urged them to bring the BJD to power once again in the current elections.
Pandian targeted the opposition and said that our beloved Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is going to take oath once again on the 10th. After taking oath, the Chief Minister will first sign the electricity bill waiver declaration. People will not have to pay electricity bills from July. Similarly, the Chief Minister’s 2nd task will be to sign the declaration to include everyone in BSKY (Biju Health Welfare Scheme). All middle class families can avail it. Thirdly, Pandian said that the mission force will sign the pension scheme for women after taking oath.
