Post-election violence, 6 injured in clashes between two groups

Cuttack : Post-election violence in Vedpur village. There is confusion between BJD and Congress workers here. Six people from both groups were injured. The injured have been admitted to Banki Medical Center for treatment. Of course, after treatment, everyone returned home. The incident happened on Sunday late night. According to information, there was tension in the village since Friday, the day before the vote. And after the election, some BJD workers have been accused of attacking Congress workers for some reason. It is further said that they attacked in Maranasu. As a result, there was a lot of confusion. Later, Banki police reached the spot and brought the situation under control.
